Working within this successful technology company, you will be one of the friendly voices at the end of the phone. This customer service/administrator role will see you responsible for dealing with phone enquiries and email correspondence regarding technology repairs, insurance claims and coordinating the ordering of parts and equipment as required. 

Along with liaising with various external parties and customers you will also provide administrative support to the internal claims team, ensuring the database is maintained and that weekly reporting is completed.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes:

  • Have an excellent phone manner and proven customer service skills
  • Be detail focused and accurate
  • Have the ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Be technically savvy
  • Well organised, professional and have a mature outlook

If you have an interest in a role that will see you working with a friendly and supportive team and within a technical/helpdesk environment this could be ideal. 

You may have worked within a customer service role or retail environment selling a range of electronics and are looking to use this knowledge in an office setting.
