Instant Access is leading specialist hire company supplying Scaffolding, Swing Stages and Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) throughout New Zealand to the Construction Industry.
The Auckland branch is currently looking to recruit a positive and energetic Business Development Manager to take on a senior sales role in our EWP division. The role is focused on attracting and developing new business while also assisting our highly valued existing customers to complete their projects on time and on budget by providing for them with innovative and cost effective EWP/Access solutions.
To be considered for this position you would need to provide evidence of a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and a genuine desire to build enduring relationships with your customers.
Key qualities to be successful in his role include:
- Good communication skills
- Planned and structured approach, with strong time management skills
- Strong technical background with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be a distinct advantage
- Able to build strong relationships meet customer requirements and exceed expectations
- Positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine desire to encourage and mentor others
- Goal / Incentive driven and strive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Focus on providing excellent customer service
