PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As an outstanding relationship manager, you will be responsible for managing NZRB’s Elite Customers and deliver a premier experience and personalised Sales and Account Management service. Essentially, you will personally manage customer wagering investment and activity, in addition to identifying and executing turnover and revenue growth opportunities for the business. You'll also develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new customers. You'll need to be a solution finder as opposed to a problem finder.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need exceptional customer relationship management skills, project management experience and the ability to create win-win outcomes in unique situations. Experience in using CRM systems is also desired, along with an interest for racing and sports.
