In the Salesperson role you will:
- Sell the Electrical department's Audio Visual Products and Services, including the latest range of music systems, televisions, home theatre systems and much more!
- Achieve sales, gross profit and other targets set by the Proprietor
- Keep yourself at the forefront of product ranges and technology through supplied training
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with your customers
- Merchandise and ticket products and ensure a great shopping experience
- Work full time on a roster including weekends and public holidays as required by the Business.
The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you for the Salesperson roles include:
- Retail sales experience (highly desirable); experience in audio products will be highly regarded
- A genuine 'customer first' approach and willing to go that extra mile for the customer
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly
- The ability to learn quickly, think on your feet and make good decisions
- Using your initiative and being proactive with your learning
- Being goal oriented and focused
- Strong computer literacy
- Good sense of humour, full of positive energy and work well as a team member or autonomously.
