You will work with a NI and wider national Sales Administration team to provide key support to managers and sales teams working with a diverse range of clients – SME through to Corporate.  By nature of the role, you will also have interaction with clients, operations and HQ functions, keeping positive relationships and smooth communication flow. 
 
We envisage you to be an experienced administrator who thrives in a sales & marketing role which supports strong practical operational service delivery activities of a company.  You could have either entry level or a longer term level of experience.  Critical requirements will be; an understanding of these functions and processes, savvy with technology, highly efficient and detail orientated together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to constructively influence and keep administration delivery activities on track to deadlines. 
 
Key areas of focus in this role are:
  • Be a ‘customer service’ advocate and ambassador
  • Sound numerical computation, analytical and reporting skills
  • Effective MS Office, graphics, CRM & ideally a data analysis tool
  • Self-starter and self-sufficient
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; collaborative, team style
  • Strong business writing skills & flair for creative ideas & their presentation
  • Commercial nous, initiative and drive to learn a wide range of business operations
  • “Street smart”; a natural affinity to ‘think on feet’ during intense situations
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Confidence, energy, a “can do” attitude & style of working
  • Passion for an innovative, competitive, fast paced industry
