A fantastic opportunity is available within the Hygiene Home Business Unit for a versatile and motivated Sales Representative to join our high performing Sales team.

This role is responsible in developing and maintaining relationships with customers in order to maximise sales and to ensure compliance of promotions and distribution of our products.

This role reports to the Regional Field Manager and is responsible for the Waikato/Coromandel area with no overnight trips..

 

  • Shelf management: implement shelf strategies at fixture level maximising exposure of RB Brands in core and seasonal categories
  • Maximise new product distribution and core range distribution
  • Meet cycle sell in volumes and budgets on core and seasonal categories
  • Efficient territory coverage, balancing time spent in the field and time spent planning
  • Developing meaningful, rewarding and effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Reporting regular and accurate information
  • Ensuring focus and delivery of 4P execution excellence
  • Prioritise and focus on important activities, achieving the objectives that have been set

Is this You?

 

  • Well planned and able to work autonomously
  • Quick to assimilate information and translate it into meaningful sales
  • Ability to be highly flexible and adaptable in an ever changing environment
  • Strong understanding of iPhone, iPad technology to quickly adopt and adapt to current RB CSM system
  • Experience of influencing and engaging key figures in customer organisations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English)
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
