Exciting role in a global business involving both business development and growing existing business in the professional services sector on the North Shore.
Client Details
Our client is a global provider of office leasing and technology. They offer a wide range of solutions for corporate clients to provide facilities and technology for them to grow their business. As a result of continued growth and success, they are seeking a passionate Area Manager to help further develop and drive sales on the North Shore across two offices where they have large growth plans in place to further develop the North Shore.
Description
Based on the North Shore and reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for sales and growth across the North Shore market
- New business development on the North Shore to allow further office locations to be developed
- Existing account management with a focus on retention and with all customers
- Manage proactive sales visits to companies and potential customers
- Ensure profit performance and critical KPI's to exceed expectations
Profile
The successful individual will ideally have:
- 3-4 years experience in a B2B sales in service industry with a proven track record
- Business development experience in the services industry
- A Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English
- A team player who can contribute in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate, friendly and pleasant in nature
