The Company
This global automotive company offers full dealership and service center facilities throughout New Zealand with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Operating with six of their own retail branches, as well as working with a wide network of independently owned and operated agencies.
The Role
Provide the primary customer interface for the company through first line response to all customer contact, via communication mediums such as phone, email, text and internet.
- Complete outbound sales and service campaigns, achieving monthly targets.
- Handle frontline inbound sales inquiries.
- Promote and deliver exceptional customer service
- Liaise between customers, company departments and agencies to ensure consistent delivery of service standards.
Skills and Experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Previous call centre experience and/OR experience working with KPIs and targets
- NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Ideally a clear NZ credit and criminal check
