We’ve got an opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager in our On the Go team – looking after a territory within the Nelson/Tasman region, this is a rare and exciting opportunity you don’t want to miss! The Role.

As a Territory Sales Manager in an On the Go route, you'll be the face of our company - you'll be out in the trade working with our customers to develop our business as well as theirs. You'll provide an outstanding level of service to your customers, working with them on their CCA orders, selling in new product ranges, and managing compliance to CCA agreements. You'll be ensuring we have the right share of space, relays are correct, and manage activations within stores including display building, updating point-of-sale and promotional material.

You'll be out on the road visiting customers for the bulk of your day; you'll then finish your day back in the office, completing paperwork and planning for the week. While your commercial acumen and customer focus are key for this role, there's also a hands-on element to the role- you'll need to be comfortable to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!  You'll be tasked with increasing the awareness of our brands in the market and driving the results through your strategic thinking and customer relationship skills. What Do I Need?

Drive, motivation, resilience, and a strong passion for sales! If you're the type of person who cringes at the thought of second place, you're on the right track. Your high level of customer focus will drive your ability to build positive working relationships with a large number of customers, and you'll have strong negotiation skills. Your strong commercial acumen and strategic focus will enable you to increase CCANZ's presence and performance within your market - you'll be able to identify new opportunities and will be comfortable with cold-calling new potential customers. On top of all of this, you'll demonstrate passion and energy in your work, and will pass on the passion for our brands to your customers and consumers alike!
