NATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Our client is a well-known global organisation in the Facilities/Property Management space. They are highly respected in the industry, providing innovative and high-tech service solutions to clients across Australia and overseas.
They are currently seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager to join their B2B sales team, and implement their plan to take on their competitors, and be the best in the market. This role is responsible for driving sales, creating strong and long-lasting relationships, while leveraging your already strong network in these arenas. You will take ownership, lead and manage all aspects of business development for the company in New Zealand.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and manage your pipeline of new business opportunities across NZ
- Preparing tenders and quotations for targeted projects
- Preparation of competitive tenders
- Review all submitted contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s quotation procedures
- Sales presentations to clients
- Contract negotiations
- Ongoing client relationship management
Crucial to your success within this role you must have:
- Proven BD skills in a Commercial environment a must
- Commercially astute professional with exceptional communication skills
- Must have the ability to establish strong & lasting relationships with key decision makers
- A background in developing tender documents & sales presentations
- Self-motivated with a high achieving mind set
- A background in Property or B2B sales environment highly regarded
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
