Our Christchurch Branch has an opportunity for highly motivated and proactive people to join our creative and dynamic team. You will work with your own database of clients to enhance their experience and build opportunities and relationships.

This role would best suit those with experience in account management or sales and/or call centre experience, however the right attitude accompanied with strong business acumen goes just as far. 

Whatever your background, our main focus is a people person who is an intelligent team player with great relationship skills, the ability to develop a database, a positive attitude, quick to learn, great work ethic and most of all, a great sense of humour.

The Position:

  • Responsible for building strong relationships and working with clients to integrate their products and services into the Bartercard network.
  • Proactively working with a diverse range of businesses across a wide variety of industries.
  • To achieve monthly KPIs set by Bartercard New Zealand.
  • To meet and grow a client base and the Bartercard network.

You Will Have:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in building relationships
  • Passion and drive
  • Strong business acumen
  • You will be a multi-tasker with the ability to think on your feet, keep to deadlines and  handle a large and sometimes demanding workload
  • Be results driven and target orientated
  • Ability to discover new business development opportunities
  • Negotiation skills
  • A Team player attitude as well as being able to work independently
  • A positive attitude and ability to implement goals
  • Drivers license and a reliable car (mileage allowance included)

 

In return for your hard work, your remuneration package will include a base salary plus regular bonuses coupled with a clear career development path.
