We are looking for a Key Accounts Business Manager to lead Nova Energy’s key accounts sales function to maximise commercial customer acquisition and retention with large commercial accounts, association and buying groups and energy brokers.   
  
About the Role:


  • Develop a key accounts business plan that will help Nova achieve its short and long term customer acquisition and retention targets and business and financial objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers within large commercial accounts, association and buying groups and energy brokers.
  • Manage the operations of the key accounts business team to ensure the delivery of all sales targets and objectives.
  • Development of pricing proposals for key accounts.
  • Deliver annual sales targets and objectives within budgeted financial parameters.
  • Produce timely sales management reports to communicate results, identify issues and remedial plans and provide market feedback.
About You:
  • Action and results driven to ensure the sales strategy is effectively executed, ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
  • Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
  • Experience in commercial sales and strong sales competency in the energy, utilities or a similar sector.
  • Proven experience in leading a high performance sales team and consistently delivering sales targets and objectives.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong management and team development skills to help build and support a high performance team.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce or appropriate industry experience.
