Sales Representative

You will be able to adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for handling client's problems and challenges as they arise. You will have the ability to quickly learn and build a reputation amongst your colleagues and customers. You are a proactive person who can quickly deliver well thought out solutions to meet their needs.

You will be self-motivated and take responsibility for achieving goals. You will be able to effectively understand risk and have a need to ensure that tasks and objectives are done right and that company procedures are adhered to in the delivery of your objectives.

You will be a persuasive and engaging communicator, who can engage with new and existing customers and provide them with solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate for this role:
o Has a sales background and can show evidence of building sales and margin
o Will be honest, self-motivated, and supportive of others
o Establishes strong relationships both internally and externally.
o Is outgoing with good clear communication skills; written & oral
o Demonstrates a history of high quality, organised and repeatable results
o Will be pragmatic, tenacious and take responsibility for achievement of objectives
o Has proven evidence of good sales disciplines and practices
o Can demonstrate strong negotiation skills
o Good data analysis skills
o Have intermediate to advanced level skills including Excel, Word and good CRM experience
Experience in the Civil or construction industry may be useful in this role

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (including drugs test) and complete a Ministry of Justice criminal records check, the results of which must be to EnviroNZ's satisfaction. You will also be fully aware of and will abide by competition law. You will have a Full NZ drivers licence and be able to drive.
