The Role

The right candidate for this role will be a hunter. You will have the determination and drive to identify and develop new business through cold and warm leads. Picking up the phone and making cold calls will give you adrenaline and you will have an extremely professional approach when meeting with existing and new clients. An analytical mind means you will be able to go out and analyse a carpark or property to see if it is the right fit for the company. You will understand that in sales you need to use speed to ensure you secure contracts before your competitors. You will have experience preparing and lodging tenders and proposals with effective written and verbal communication skills. Crunching the numbers and maintaining a budget will be in your skillset a well as analysing reports. You will have the ability to look nationally for further business potential and will be able to travel to these destinations to view and secure further business.
