RV SuperCentre is part of thl and we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales volume and margin targets. The RVSC dealership comprises: used and new RV sales, retail sales, after sales service, the Mighway managed fleet and developing new business opportunities within the privately owned RV market in NZ.

It will be imperative that you present with:

  • demonstrated experience in the Motor Industry and show potential to develop strong leadership and people skills, a thorough understanding of what exceptional customer service means to a dealership that embraces continuous improvement and innovation
  • an understanding of the sales process and know how to deliver exceptional customer service
  • a strong, results driven personality and that you know how to communicate with people at all levels within the business and our customers and to build and maintain long term relationships with our crew and customers
  • understanding of the importance of maximising sales and profitability and motivating a team.

Role responsibilities:

  • Support both new and experienced sales crew to achieve the RVSC sales and margin targets
  • Drive and maintain a positive team culture
  • Manage the reporting of individual sales funnels including individual activity, leads, opportunities, missed opportunities and successes
  • Carry out a weekly Competitor Analysis Report of activity, pricing and products
  • Manage the RVSC minimum standards of the sales department including but not limited to customer meet and greet, vehicle and yard presentation, customer communications and follow up process, customer introductions to F&I department and Service Centre Team, conversion to Mighway and Service plans
