Allied Medical is a one of the largest providers of powered mobility equipment in New Zealand and we are looking for the right person to become our next Powered Product Specialist. Our products truly enable people to live better lives.
Covering specialist wheelchair and seating customers in the Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, you will be part of a highly productive sales and marketing team. On a daily basis you'll also be working with the end users of our products and making sure that our products are set up to meet their individual needs.
This is an incredibly varied role that will provide plenty of challenge and opportunity for development for the right person. To be considered a strong contender for this position you will need to have:
- Technical acumen and a willingness to be hands on with products
- A true passion for technology
- Be a real people person
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Someone who is able to expect the unexpected
- A thirst for learning new things and teaching these to others
We are looking for someone with lots of energy who is highly motivated and prepared to put the hard work into building their product knowledge.
Full training will be given - both by our team members and from global product specialists. Initially you will be a part of our technical team before transitioning into the sales team.
