Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Account Manager specifically focused on delivering digital solutions to new and existing clients. The Account Manager will ensure they implement contractual and strategic relationship strategies in order to ultimately provide efficiency and to exceed client and company expectations


The role:

  • Liaise with existing clients to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services and solutions
  • Uncover new opportunities with existing clients
  • Provide Strategic Account Management ensuring contractual and service level agreement objectives
  • Generate new business opportunities through research to ultimately expand their client base
  • Identifying leads and other strategic opportunities

What we require from you:

  • 3+ years Digital Account Management experience, or similar
  • A strategic and operational approach to Account Management
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • A forward thinker who can communicate their ideas and concepts clearly
  • Sales experience including pre sales, proposal writing and contract negotiations
  • Committed to uncovering client needs and delivering the best solutions to clients
  • Strong client focus
  • The drive to succeed
