THE ROLE
Due to phenomenal growth we are currently recruiting for 2 experienced full time Product Consultants to join our Contact Centre Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales candidate that is looking to make their mark and grow within an organisation. You will be the first point of contact for customers' product issues, and will be managing customer interactions via phone and email.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in sales
- Sales driven
- Highly motivated and extremely focused
- Driven by KPI's and targets
- Have clear communication skills - written and verbal
- The commitment to learn and understand our products
- Self motivation
- Catering equipment / technical product knowledge (Desirable)
- Good understanding of PC Software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Adaptability to work in a growing and changing company
- Non-smoker (Essential)
