Membership organisation seeking an HR Advisor part-time to work alongside their HR Manager supporting national members.
This membership motor trade organisation is now looking for an HR Advisor, part-time, to work alongside their HR Manager supporting their national members with generalist HR advice.
This role will suit someone very comfortable giving clear, pragmatic advice on the telephone to members needing guidance and help with ER, HR and some H&S.
The part-time hours can be structured either four days per week or daily 9-3.
Your depth of HR generalist knowledge will be greatly appreciated by a large membership base that may not have resident HR support. You will have an ability to interact at all levels and keep information clear, precise and pragmatic. This is a friendly, enjoyable and supportive environment with a national reach.
