Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Team
An exciting and unique opportunity to join a Fortune 500 fintech company, working out of the Christchurch office, as part of the Asia-Pacific Talent Acquisition team. You will be tasked with delivering a world-class end-to-end recruitment solution to attract top talent. Your primary focus will be the recruitment of roles in Australia and New Zealand, with additional responsibility of supporting recruitment throughout the Asia-Pacific region as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for hires in the fintech space
- Source high caliber candidates via database searches, online job search engines, LinkedIn and online networking channels
- Work collaboratively with managers, guiding them and the HR team throughout the recruitment process
- Gather comprehensive job and person specifications from managers and assist them in writing effective job advertisements
- Conduct initial assessment of candidates to qualify relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
- Support the manager throughout the interview, selection and offer process
- Track and evaluate success of processes
You’ll be:
- An experienced agency / in-house recruiter, ideally with knowledge of the finance and technology sectors
- Experienced in sourcing candidates in a fast-paced environment utilising database searches, online CV tanks, LinkedIn and online networking
- Well versed in recruitment and resourcing best practice
- Exceptional at managing competing expectations, building relationships and developing trust
- An excellent communicator who can effectively engage with senior stakeholders
Experience recruiting for regions outside Australia and New Zealand would be an added advantage
