Hudson’s Talent Management team specialise in delivering Talent Management solutions that support clients to hire with confidence, grow great leaders and engage through change. With over 100 specialists in 15 offices across Asia Pacific, our talent management consulting team is supported by a global R&D centre, dedicated to developing best practice methodologies and tools. We partner with organisations across a range of industries delivering one-off projects to holistic, large scale talent management solutions.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced talent management professional to join our Auckland team at the Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level. This is a varied role that provides an opportunity to engage with both new and existing clients, developing and implementing solutions across our assessment, developmentand engagement and change and transition solutions. Essentially, you will be supporting clients to achieve great performance through great people.
Our ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in industrial / organisational psychology, OD or HR (this is not essential for the right candidate). More important will be your passion for engaging and delivering high quality solutions for our clients through your consulting and relationship management skills. We are seeking someone who is passionate about talent, loves learning new things and is committed to building long-lasting client partnerships.
