This is career step-change for you in a busy and complex working environment within a dynamic, experienced HR team where you will have your own business portfolios. You will be delivering HR support for a large NZ organisation who make a real difference in their sector.  This is an HR function with a clear plan with defined strategies that have been signed off and are “rolling”.  They just need more talented resource to deliver and make a difference.

This role would suit someone who is incredibly personable, enthusiastic, hard-working and deadline driven. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, professional and able to remain calm under pressure.   A relevant HR qualification is important, and you will have at least three to four years HR experience.
