To deliver on this we need a Senior P&C Business Partner to work with one of our major business divisions, engaging and influencing our senior leaders to deliver outstanding people and business performance. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work with our Business division, partnering with the team to realise their strategic goals.
Who we're looking for...
As someone who understands the commercial realities of business you don't look to simply apply previously rolled-out HR principles and policies to your business division. You're a forward thinking individual who understands performance, can assess business challenges and leverage your extensive people experience to develop practical and inventive solutions. You're not a lone wolf though; you have a strong team of HR specialists to support your delivery as you act as the interface between the business and our internal People & Culture team. You've worked in large corporate environments before and have been able to network and build effective strategic relationships both within your HR team, and across the wider business.
