We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor with end-to-end recruitment experience for this exciting opportunity. This is an extremely interesting portfolio and will involve some travel to Auckland around once a month. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• understanding and establishing networks in relevant markets to actively identify and engage with talent
• having an in-depth knowledge, and keeping up to date with trends in the market
• providing advice, coaching, and supporting team members across all steps of the recruitment process

To be successful in this role you will have:

• a proven track record of delivering high quality talent acquisition advice and services
• strong technical recruitment skills
• experience delivering proactive, multi-channelled, sourcing campaigns with a particular focus on social media
• experience planning and delivering key pieces of work / projects
• strong influencing skills
• an understanding of government decision making and recruiting environment
