We are seeking a generalist HR Business Partners who have solid business advisory experience to help develop people management strategies and solutions to support organisational objectives. We need deliverers, not just talkers!
You will have sound experience in relationship management and preferably some knowledge of the ER process. You will get great exposure to a variety of HR and have the chance to take new and innovative approaches to solving issues. Ideally you will have great energy, resilience and interpersonal abilities as well as be able to work within a fast paced, changing environment.
No two days will be the same! If you can work comfortably with ambiguity, are able to see the big picture and have the ability to instil confidence in your key stakeholders, then we want to hear from you!
