Our client is leading the way in their industry and are rapidly growing! They are looking for customer centric individuals with who are self-motivated, resilient and driven to succeed to join their award winning team.
Customer satisfaction is important as well as dealing with enquires efficiently and accurately. As part of your role within Collections, you will be following up on outstanding accounts and negotiating with the customer on affordable repayment plans. This role will require resilience, initiative and good negotiation skills.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience in collections, debt recovery or exposure to credit recovery
- Exposure to working in a compliant environment and working to strict criteria
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and using your initiative
- Tech savvy with sound computer skills and can pick new processes up quickly.
