Our private sector client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to be based within the Wellington corporate office and provide expert HR advice and support across three diverse stakeholder groups who are located across NZ and Australia. This medium sized business has established systems and processes in place but there is now a real opportunity for someone new to come in and refresh their approach to HR and continue to drive a positive and engaged culture.
In this role your responsibilities will be broad, comprised of operational delivery of the HR function including performance management, recruitment, HR communications, rewards and recognition, employment relations and some proactive L&D/OD initiatives.
As well as experience in the areas above, we are also seeking someone who has excellent relationship management and communication skills. These skills, combined with a proactive and dynamic personality will allow you to live, breathe and promote the business values, vision and culture.
