Are you looking for a call centre role with a quick pace and a fun environment?!
Our client is a well-known New Zealand based company who operate second hand good stores and offer finance to valued customers. They are looking for Loan Administrators to join their high energy and hard working team within their contact centre in Lower Hutt.
As a Loan Administrator your role will involve completing the loan application process for customers. Day to day tasks will involve gaining necessary information to complete loan applications.
This involves the following key tasks:
- Inbound and outbound calls involved as well as email communication
- Completing administration for loan applications
- Meeting deadlines and targets as a team
- Thorough training for this role is provided to ensure you are comfortable with all areas you will operate around.
The Shift:

9am – 7pm Weds – Fri and 9am – 6.30pm Saturday (37.5 hours pw) OR 9am – 4.30pm Sunday to Thursday (35 hrs pw)
To succeed in this role, you need to be focused on administration and of course enjoy interacting with customers.
What we are looking for:
- A clear, professional phone manner
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Any banking or insurance history could be helpful but not crucial
