About the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive People and Performance Coordinator for our Auckland Group office. Working for the Group People and Performance Business Partner, and supporting the wider team, we offer you a challenging and dynamic, but rewarding opportunity.  You will be able to:

• Provide HR support across the business through employee relations, recruitment, training and development activities
• Maintain our internal HR intranet
• Assist with our recruitment process by drafting ads, coordinating interviews with hiring manager and conducting reference checks
• Generate employment agreements and new starter packs
• Develop Position Descriptions
• Provide reporting to management as and when required
• Assist with/coordinate HR projects
• Provide the P&P team with administrative support

Experience
We are keen to speak to people who have a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Candidates offering experience related to the construction sector will be considered favourably.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a high level of accuracy and organisation skills, along with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word. 

You will also need to have effective communication skills and be able develop and maintain strong working relationships, have attention to detail and a strong team focus. In return, you’ll be joining a fun and supportive team along with a well-respected business offering a range of benefits.
