Our in-house Contact Centre manages our customer journey and we are looking for someone with that special "spark" to join our team. You will be providing information about our products and services to new and existing clients with our Gold Standard level of care.

This role is based is fixed term from now until Jan 2019 and is full time, Monday to Friday. The role would involve inbound and outbound calling, scheduling appointments and answering questions about hearing loss.

You must be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for the role.
