About the role

• You will be responsible for gathering specifications, analyse and document requirements and stories through to testing the new initiatives and enhancements implemented.
• You will be in charge of delivering business technology and change - work with cross functional teams within our client to ensure delivery of business initiatives and enhancements.
• You are to manage a variety of stakeholders to identify project elements and changes; lead in the effective communication of requirements, deliverables as well as the impact of the changes to be implemented.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that processes are followed and risks are minimized.
• You are to support the end to end change management process - including training delivery and documentation.

Skills and experience

• At least 5 years of technical business analysis experience focusing on system enhancements / upgrades within a medium to large complex environment.
• Experience working in Waterfall to Agile transitioning environment or full Agile.
• Knowledge and experience in using JIRA and Confluence.
