Our client urgently requires a Voice Engineer with Broadsoft skills as well as a strong SIP, LINUX / Debian and Databases such as SQL
Our client has been at the forefront of VOIP for a long time and leads the way in delivering outstanding solutions
You will deploy and manage voice and associated support platforms and services, provide network fault analysis and resolution to voice platforms and services.
Key accountabilities include;
- Installation, deployment and maintenance of Voice platforms and network monitoring toolsets
- Accountable for all daily BAU support of core Voice network and support platforms
- Direct support for Voice network faults and escalated customer fault channels within the network
- Testing and development of Voice network and monitoring services both internally and externally
- Complex fault analysis and resolution for the voice network.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience;
- Strong Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Min 3 -5 years’ experience in Voice networks and a very strong SIP knowledge base
- Experience with Broadsoft and Acme SBC’s a must
- Proven SIP CPE configuration knowledge
- Core routing /switching network experience considered a bonus
