This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with strong interpersonal and communications skills who will work with the management team to drive the business forward. This will entail ensuring compliance with accounting standards & statutory requirements and completing all required reporting in an accurate & timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a person to join a company that has rapidly grown and is now consolidating before the next drive for expansion.
  
Responsibilities: 

• Leading a team of 10 to complete all financial reporting deliverables, and oversight across the Tax, Group Reporting, Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Oversight of all group reporting and consolidations
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Profile:

• CA / CPA Experience Required
• Background in big 4 combined with a strong technical skillset desired
• Proven track record in a large company (across a full range of financial functions)
• High level of personal drive and desire to improve company and individual performance
• Clarity of thought and expression - able to communicate trends and performance, across the organization
