The role:

This role is critical to the business and offers a lot of scope. You will be given the opportunity to work across a range of projects with some of New Zealand's largest businesses. As an open source specialist, you will be responsible for looking after customers technology needs from a presale, design and implementation nature.  

Key Skills and Experience:

• A Strong background of working across open source technologies from a consulting nature 
• Presales, consulting and hands-on implementation experience 
• Experience working in enterprise infrastructure environments
• Experience with Puppet or similar automation tool
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) a plus
• Able to demonstrate their ability to work independently with other teams and the central infrastructure team.
• Exceptional Communication skills across all levels of the business as you will consulting on strategy and road mapping for now and the future.
• Forward thinking and ability to work outside of the box to be part of a team that build dynamic solutions
