Our client is a vibrant Chartered Accounting practice that embraces technology and has grown organically due to their marketing and business development focus. This growth has created an exciting new senior level position within the practice reporting directly into the Partners. This BAS Manager position is a multi faceted role that will draw upon your technical and advisory experience.
You will be overseeing the work of junior colleagues, reviewing files, advising clients on various accounting and systems matters, assisting particular clients with their cash flows, budgeting and forecasting as well assisting the Partners with advisory focused projects. There is plenty of scope internally to progress through to partnership in the future. All the pieces are in place for you to make this role your own.
This position is best suited to a driven Business Advisory Manager or high level senior that is seeking the right environment in which to add value and progress their career.
Skills and experience required;
- 4+ years experience within a NZ Chartered Accounting firm
- Client and solutions focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills suitable for a client facing position
