We have an opportunity for a talented Technical Lead to work for a ground breaking, successful start-up offering a cloud based receipt and invoicing processing product gaining global attention. With backing from some well-known investors and advisors you will be involved during the pilot stage of the product to market.
This is an opportunity to make something your own. You will be able to implement and drive technical decisions as part of a wider team including the CEO and COO.
What will you do?
As the Technical Lead your role will be both hands on with the product build and delivery, as well as growing and leading the technical team which currently sits at one.
This will include:
- Owning the strategic architecture, development, launch, operations and performance
- Manage the technical development and implementation
- Lead agile development processes
- Lead DevSecOps processes
- Develop and lead QA testing process
- Assist in the technical development
- Tech Team Management
- Lead the technical discussion with stakeholders

What will you need?

You will be a go-getter with goals, career aspirations to be part of an exciting journey ahead. Along with leadership and people skills you will be hands on with the ability to cut code.
- Hands on experience with tech stack - .Net, Xamarin (ideally) and MS SQL (hosted on AWS)
- Strong technical leadership experience in development, software engineering, DevOps and architecture design
- Strong people management experience – success in building, leading and managing well performing teams
- Extensive experience as a software developer
- Experience working in agile teams
- Able to make technical decisions in a commercial environment
- Awesome problem solving skills
- If you have exposure to UX and UI design, IOS and Android development, along with start-up experience this this would be a bonus
