What would I be doing?
This role will require you to take both a hands on and a high level approach to setting up, growing and managing a new department of skilled software engineers, architecting the new product, selecting fit for purpose software and hardware, managing the development lifecycle, and communication and collaboration within the business and with customers.

What do I need?
To be considered suitable for this role you must be able to demonstrate significant experience in a similar role. This role requires first class technical, people and communication skills and the ability to foot it with the best in a highly technical environment.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate technical experience within the following areas:

• network connectivity - wifi, G3, G4, GSM
• cloud based services
• development on linux devices
• data management - probably SQL
