We are currently looking for an EUC Consultant to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
In this role you would consult with clients and work on projects providing technical guidance, design and implementation of Microsoft Windows desktop OS images (primarily Windows 10), the configuration of desktop OS deployment using SCCM & Config Manager and other related desktop technologies (VDI, management).
What we expect you to do:
- Working closely with various clients and Dimension Data teams to develop and implement desktop and some infrastructure related solutions.
- Working with clients to build technology roadmaps.
- Working with the Dimension Data sales teams to provide pre-sales assistance.
- This is a consultative client facing position.
Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job
- Windows 7 & 10 imaging (creation of Gold Image) - essential.
- SCCM/Config Manager OSD/Task Sequence experience - essential.
- Cloud based skills (Azure & AWS) would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing desktop image solutions for Windows 7/8.x/10 Operating Systems.
- Demonstrated experience developing desktop deployment solutions using SCCM 2012 R2 and/or Config Manager.
- High level of technical leadership and solid business acumen.
- Experience with MDT, Active Directory and Group Policy would be required.
- Office 365 connectivity design and implementation would be required.
- Experience in technical pre-sales solution designs would be highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to gain the utmost level of trust and confidence from clients.
- Motivated self-starter able to contribute both as an individual performer and team member.
