As a Quality Assuarance (QA) Engineer in the FIS Corporate Liquidity team you will work principally on treasury software, joining a team of motivated professionals responsible for the development of our core products.
Operating in a dynamic environment creating complex software applications will require you to be creative and motivated, with strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will come from either a functional or technical background.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and estimate user stories
Work with Business Analysis to gather or create test data
Work with peers to plan, develop, document, and execute (automated) test plans to ensure the quality of new and existing functionality.
Align and work in consensus with developers, provides regular feedback to the team on test results, supporting a quality driven iterative process.
Monitor and analyse test results trends, recommends actions to improve.
The ideal candidate will have at least one of the following:
A relevant treasury or finance qualification
Relevant FinTech experience
Or experience in at least one of the following:
Structured software testing
Test Automation
Microsoft SQL Server / Oracle
MS .Net Programming, C#
Agile Software Development using SCRUM
