ICT Support
We are a leading manufacturer, importer and exporter of gas appliances and electric hot water. As an established company in New Zealand for over 40 years our brand is recognised both locally and internationally.
Our products and services are mainly sold through plumbing merchants and gas-fitting retailers.
Based in AKL Airport Oaks business park we are looking for a support person to join our IT team.
You will be working as part of a small team of 3 ICT experts within the company and will benefit from the other team members' deep experience across a very broad scope of technologies and applications.
As the first level of IT support for the business, you will be responsible for receiving Incident and Request cases from business users and resolving or escalating as required. In addition you will perform regular and project-based tasks to ensure the high levels of ICT service are maintained.
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
- strong technical IT infrastructure and hardware knowledge
- a minimum of 3 years of NZ experience in IT support or equivalent role
- a recognised IT qualification (diploma or degree)
- a 'can-do' attitude and be willing to accept new challenges
- excellent English communication skills
- a personal ethos of continual improvement
- a valid class 1 NZ driving license
This is a full-time role, offering a bonus structure, Kiwisaver to 4%, active social club, staff carpark and Southern Cross contribution after a qualifying period.
Start date as soon as possible for the right candidate.
