The Company
Well regarded industry leader who operate as an independent cooperative, producing a range of products for the local and export markets.

The Position 
Reporting to the IS Systems Business Manager, you will provide technical support, investigation and analysis across business functions and processes. You'll also provide operational support for the existing AX components including analysing systems and data, monitoring systems performance, diagnosing problems and resolving these with end users and IS staff.

You will also be involved in training staff in the use of applications and making the appropriate changes to documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of University Entrance or NCEA Level 2 equivalent with English and Maths essential
• Extensive Microsoft Office Suite and AX experience
• Previous experience in Supply Chain is desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills so that ideas, instructions and information are clearly understood by others in both informal or formal situations
• Strong analytical skills, ability to fill in the gaps on requests and learn from what the data is indicating to determine appropriate next steps.
• Ability to work both individually and cooperatively as part of a small but dynamic team demonstrating energy, vision and initiative.
• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure and be responsive to organisational contingencies as they arise
• Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to analyse data
• Proactive at investigation, identification and resolution of discrepancies and problems.
