The Opportunity:
We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our Rotorua team.
You will report to the Branch Manager, contribute to the efficient operation of the branch. The role is customer focused where you will:
- Provide superior customer service to our trade customers
- Assist customers with sales orders
- Answer phone queries
- Be proactive in keeping the branch clean and tidy
The role requires an all-rounder, someone who will get stuck in and help out with all aspects of the business such as being involved in regular stocktakes, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Worked in a customer service environment (experience with trade customers advantageous)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
