Randstad Technologies are currently on the lookout for a Level and Level 2- Helpdesk Support Specialist. This is to work within a small team in Wellington but proving support globally. You'll be working a 10am to 6pm shift and may occasionally be on-call.

Responsibilities:

  • Desktop & printer support experience
  • Point of Sales support- globally
  • Good understanding of Windows Domain based environment
  • Exposure to basic network support
  • Basic knowledge of Print and File Servers
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Assisting with the setup of IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, phones, tablets, printers & servers
  • System monitoring & fault reporting

We're looking for people that thrive on challenging work and have the ability to juggle a couple of jobs at once. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) and be self driven!
Be self-driven and be able to work unsupervised
