Role Overview:

Cloud-based CRM and Marketing systems are fast replacing conventional software models and demand for customised cloud solutions is driving us to take on new staff based out of our Takapuna offices. The cloud is a very exciting arena to work in and CloudTech is a leader in this space.

We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst with both technical and business proficiency with an ability to translate business issues into business outcomes. Business acumen, strong project management and great written and oral communication skills are a must.

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be able to deliver assigned work autonomously, demonstrate effective requirements gathering and communication skills, collaborating closely with internal and external teams. This will include detailed use case analysis and design.

Key criteria for the role:

• An intermediate Business Analyst with 2 to 10 years’ experience focusing on process and system improvement. A relevant college degree is required.

• Experience working with CRM, ERP, and Marketing Automation Systems would also assist. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology is important.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders to understand underlying processes.

• Must have a systematic approach to problems. Capable of evaluating multiple options before helping a team settle on a solution, illustrating the upsides and downsides of each.

• Ability to create clear, well written and concise documentation to support these agreed outcomes.

• Have experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for aspects of CRM project planning, deployment management, including requirements capture, use case analysis and project management.
• Management and creation of business process documentation.
• Constant communication with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and IT stakeholders with regard to ongoing projects.
• Maintain familiarity with other IT systems /business applications in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration points. 
• Serve as key liaison with IT technical resources and management in areas related to software requirements and the CRM functions required. 
• Coordinate, structure, and lead team members.
• Complete time sheeting and project management KPIs.
• Complete CloudTech training requirements including SugarCRM accreditation.
