We need an experienced Product Manager to help us drive customer value throughout our product development cycle. On a day to day basis this role involves:

• Engaging with the senior leadership team to align product development with business strategy.
• Working with technology delivery teams to ensure development work is clearly communicated, prioritized and aligned with business needs.
• Managing Business Analysts to ensure developers have appropriate story backlogs and wireframes

You'll be a champion for your projects, researching with customers, communicating with all areas of the company to facilitate rapid delivery, while helping us build world-class development capability. You get to help shape our culture, creating a happy, well-supported dev team with clarity on what they're doing and why.

It's worth noting that this is the first purely Product based role at Cryptopia so it's an exciting opportunity to help shape the function.

Requirements

To ace this role you will have;

• A background in tech delivery, working within cross-functional teams from product conception to launch
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• A track record of successfully delivering software products
• Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment to identify solutions and remove blockers
• A preparedness to roll up your sleeves and get things done

• Bonus Point - Experience with Blockchain technologies
• Bonus Point - Experience at the Business level in customer facing roles
