About the role:
This is a newly created role leading a team responsible for delivery of world class technology capability to support revenue growth and drive cost savings, with IT solutions that automate our business operations and simplify our infrastructure. You'll manage the product (technology platform) lifecycle working closely with vendors and in-house teams to improve performance and stability working within an Agile delivery process.
You'll know you've been successful when you have been consistently reducing operating costs; business cases have true benefit realisation; change management runs smoothly and your scrum team is humming.
About you:
For us, it's about how you get things done, how you achieve great things through your people and influence the people you work with. We would expect this has come through your years of experience delivering technology solutions and capability, and extensive people management skills. You'll need to have practical experience of Agile methodologies and development and In-depth understanding of transport & logistics and sales & service IT platforms.
