The role:
Starting ASAP!
Hours: Mon – Fri, 6am to 8.15pm & Sat, 9am – 5pm.
This role will see you answering a high volume of calls from a New Zealand wide customer base. You will be responsible for providing professional expertise to customers to help them meet their financial needs and goals at the first point of contact.
Training:
You will be provided with paid training to ensure that you are well equipped with the information and skills necessary to handle the types of customer queries that you will receive.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Clear Credit History
- Clear Criminal Record
- Complete Verbal and Numerical testing
- Background in Customer Service and Administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Have clear and concise verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday
