About the role:
You will be responsible to deliver business analysis for medium to high complexity initiatives, proactively collaborate with customers, stakeholders and technology partners to deliver customer benefits and identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement. You will gather business requirements and translate that into technical terms for the engineers & developers.

Required skills / experience:

• Ideally 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Understanding of financial products and the data that drives this.
• Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills.
• You have experience in 'bridging the gap' between the business and technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data development lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
• Some knowledge in data sourcing and experience in data analytics tools.
• Successful stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
