We have an exciting opportunity for an Agile Coach to join our Auckland Product delivery team!
This is a full time role working alongside the Agile Practice Lead. You'll assist the Agile delivery teams by supporting their collaboration and growth to ensure they are fully equipped to do their jobs. You'll also work with our Product Management team and wider business to support an exciting set of workstreams.
Your excellent people skills will enable you to get the best out of your teams. You'll be responsible for facilitating planning sessions, retrospectives and meetings. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll need to have the ability to talk both technical and non technical to people inside and outside of the business.
We pride ourselves on being goal driven and product focused, using Agile and Lean methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
