Our client has recently undertaken a review of our current workforce and have identified a number of roles they need to fill. These are permanent roles have been established to specifically support IT Projects within the organisation. The business group will be made up of Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers for over 60 priority business applications.
Must have:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven success in gathering and analysing business requirements across different user groups, and provide advice on technical and business solutions.
- Proven success in analysing complex issues and developing effective options for action.
- Excellent relationship, communication and writing skills, including proven experience in writing user documentation
- A sound understanding of the SDLC.
- Experience with various delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, Dev Ops)
- Experience in undertaking UX and /or Service Design roles would be an advantage
- Successful experience in using project management techniques and methodologies, such as Prince 2
